MBT Adult Ladies SKILLS Clinic

For: Female identifying riders, aged 18+, in the beginner/intermediate skill range
Cost: $50 (Clinic registration goes directly into our MBT Trail Fund, which funds our summer trail crew!)
Skills Focus:
• Body position & balance
• Braking
• Technical maneuvers (wheel lifts, track stands, ratcheting)
Instructor:
• This clinic will be taught by MBT Executive Director & PMBIA certified coach, Lindsay Nohl
